Here and there but not quite everywhere!
After breakfast at the AC Hotel, we took a train west to Imst where we caught the next bus to Pitztaler Gletscher. We ascended via funicular and gondola to visit the highest cafe in Tyrol and its mountaintop 360° observation platform. After descending to mid-mountain, we walked to a nearby tiny chapel before returning to the valley and Innsbruck afterwards.

After breakfast at the AC Hotel, we took a train and bus over to Hintertuxer Gletscher in the Ziller Valley. We took three separate gondolas to reach the top. Once there, we enjoyed the view and walked on the snow a bit. After returning to the valley, we took a quick walk to see a waterfall before returning to Innsbruck.

After flying from IAD to MUC on United, we took the OBB train to Innsbruck, dropped off our bags at the AC Hotel, and traveled to the Nordkette via funicular and aerial tram. After spending some time at the top, we had dinner and walked around the city a bit before returning the hotel.

After breakfast, we checked out of the Excelsior Hotel Gallia and traveled to Venice. After dropping off our bags at the Hyatt Centric, we took a vaporetto via the east side of Venice and visited the Doge’s Palace before walking around the city and having dinner and gelato.

After breakfast at the Hampton Locarno, we took the train to Milan and checked in to the Excelsior Hotel Gallia, next to Milano Centrale. We walked through the historic city center, seeing the Piazza del Duomo, Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie, and Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio.
